This is us!

Every member of our team cares deeply about technopreneurship.

We have members and alumni from ALL parts of startup ecosystem

Our Six Core Values

We are startup entrepreneurs ourselves. Our daily works cover from searching for user pain points to transforming insights into action. We, THE MAKERS, aim to create highly demanded and innovative products used by Vietnamese young entrepreneurs.

Our culture deeply embodies startup-centric values. We move FAST and MAKE things with a strong COMMITMENT and HIGH EFFICIENCY while still maintaining AGILITY to pivot if needed.

We do not rightly reject things that appear impossible at first glance. We still do and test until the data suggests that we should stop.

We believe everything is possible if you have “RIGHT PEOPLE, THOUGHTS, and ACTIONS”.

We embrace a high-commitment culture. We value people who deliver output with the deadline that they commited. People who are disciplined at UpYouth also gained a lot of learning and experience for themselves.

We APPRECIATE LEARNING and LEARNING at UpYouth happens on a daily basis. UpYouth members face new things everyday, and, therefore, ACCELERATE THEIR LEARNING CURVE eventually.

We have members with different stories and backgrounds for internal peer learning and an extensive network of mentors in various industries for networking. We hope that you would be part of this diversity too.

Working as a startup means solving an existing problem by a scalable and sustainable solution. By helping entrepreneurs, UpYouth also indirectly makes society a better place.

There is no competition in UpYouth. Only UpYouthian competes with themself to become better. Indeed, we help each other grow and learn like a family. We get to know each other PERSONALLY and often share stuff outside work.
